R. B. Jones of Wilmington passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the age of 75.
He was born on July 30, 1937 in Rockingham. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Bert and Bertha Jones, and a sister, Dorothy Jones Hayes.
He is survived by a sister, Minnie Louise Carroll (Ken), a niece Shirley Honeycutt (Lloyd), nephew, James Hayes, and many great nieces and nephews.
The funeral was at Sunset Park Baptist Church in Wilmington on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 6 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Chris Wroten. Burial was at 1 p.m. Saturday at Raeford Cemetery.
