Joseph Gordon Jr., 64, of 327 Hill Street, died Thursday, July 18, 2013.
He was an Army Vetern.
Survivors are: daughter, Nugyet Evette Hayes, of Greensboro; sisters, Lillie G. Baldwin of Greensboro, Hattie G. Fuller of Rockville, Maryland, Betty G. Kelly of Raeford, Bernice G. Quick of Greensboro, Ruthie Rogers of Wagram, Bobbie Gordon-Lilly of Hope Mills, Doris G. Thomas of Pinehurst, and Miyoshi Gordon-Matthews of Orlando, Florida; brother, Sidney Gordon of Raleigh; and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Tues., Jul. 23 at 2 p.m. in Freedom Chapel AMEZ Church. Burial will be in church cemetery.
Visitors are welcome at the home of Mr. & Mrs. James & Emma Carpenter at 115 Canterbury Dr. in Raeford.
