Jan Mark Blake, age 65, died at his home in Aberdeen, Tuesday, July 19 following an extended illness.
He was born in Southern Pines on June 30, 1951 to Kelly C. and Doris A. Blake who predeceased him.
His is survived by his sister, Gerri Crutchfield and her husband Ed of Aberdeen and by numerous cousins.
A memorial service with Rev. Dr. Rufus McLean will be held at Boles Funeral Home Chapel in Southern Pines on Thursday, July 21, at 11 a.m. with visitation at 10 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at Ashley Heights Cemetery.
