Lucille L. Bullard, 90, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 in Autumn Care of
Raeford.
She was born in Robeson County on October 20, 1926 to the late Roosevelt and Emma
Locklear. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of Mt. Elim Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Pittman
Bullard, a son, Larry Dean Locklear and several brothers and sisters.
She
is survived by her children, Johnny Pittman Bullard and Maxine Jones, both of
Raeford; Carrie Sue McNeil of Aberdeen; a special granddaughter, Elizabeth
(Beth) Jones Skipper, a special niece, Bonnie Bullard Locklear; a special
nephew, Jerry Locklear; and many grandchildren and great -grandchildren.
Visitation
will be 1-3 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at Mt. Elim Baptist Church in Red
Springs.
The funeral will begin at 3 p.m. with Pastors Larry
Locklear and Tony Brewington officiating.
Burial
will follow in the church cemetery.
