Harvey Bennett of Raeford died Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at his home.
He was born on October 1, 1948 to the late Marvin Bennett and Beulah Davis Bennett. He was employed with Russell Bennett Chevrolet in Rockingham.
He was proceeded in death by his grandson Andrew Milligan and his great granddaughter Miya Cassidy.
He is survived by his son Chad Bennett and his wife Cara of Rockingham; a daughter, Mandy Walker and her husband Brian of Rockingham; four grandchildren, Autumn Milligan, Skyler Bennett, Katelyn, and Matthew Walker; five great-grandchildren, Devan Milligan, Neveah Cassidy, Nehemiah Cassidy, Maci Ashworth and Alli Ashworth; a sister, Frances Autry, and her husband Ellis of Autryville; and a brother, Marvin Lee Bennett of Mt. Gilead.
A private memorial service will be held later.
