Deborah Lynn Edwards Campbell of 110 Ten Acres Trail, died in her home on May 23, 2012 at the age of 45.
She was born in Cumberland County on March 16, 1967 to the late Everett Lee Edwards and Betty James Edwards.
Survivors are two brothers, James E. Edwards and his wife Nannette of Lillington, and Steven O. Edwards of Spring Lake; a sister, Teresa E. Good and her husband Harry of Raeford; three nephews, Christopher Maviki, Mark Maviki, Brandon Edwards; three nieces, Julie Maviki and her husband Wayne Carrier, April Edwards, Brittany Edwards; a great nephew, Caleb Maviki; and a great niece, Cassidy Binnon-Maviki.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the home, at 110 Ten Acres Trail, Raeford, NC 28376.

Betty Jean O. Johnson
Betty Jean Overton Johnson of Raeford died, Wednesday, May 23, 2012 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 73.
She was born on May 27, 1938 in Robeson County to the late Hugh Edward Overton and his wife, Rosa Victoria Kinlaw. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ruel Bernard Johnson; her son, Charles Johnson; and her sister, Elizabeth Ann Overton Guy. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Rockfish and retired from Belk Department Store.
Survivors are a brother,Charles E. Overton and his wife Peggy of Fayetteville; a niece, Sherry Shudra of Sanford; three nephews, Mark Overton and his wife Nicole of Dunn, Tony Guy of Raeford, and Mike Guy of South Carolina.
Visitation will be Monday, May 28, 2012 between 6 and 8 p.m. at Crumpler Funeral Home in Raeford.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Rockfish Tabernacle Baptist Church, 3219 Lindsay Road, Raeford, NC 28376, with the Rev. Tommy Underwood officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Cora Gladys McNeill, 98, of 309 St. Matthew Church Road, died Saturday, May 19, 2012.
Survivors are: daughters, Eliza McCrimmon, Alma Roper, Beatrice Thomas, Mary Harris and Minnie; sons, John and Willie; 27 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held Thursday, May 24 at noon in Total Praise & Deliverance Church. Burial was in church cemetery.

Annie D. McNeill
Annie Dial McNeill, 79, of 1694 Balfour Road, Red Springs, departed this life on Friday, May 12, 2012 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Roy Dial and Maggie Dial. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cathy McNeill, and two brothers, the Rev. James Dial and Roy Dial, Jr.
The funeral was at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Mt. Elim Baptist Church in Red Springs. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory four sons, Charles Dial and wife Barbara of Prospect, Nelson McNeill and wife Rita, Mike McNeill and wife Kathy of Red Springs, and Anthony Dial and wife Frances of Baltimore, Maryland; three daughters, Carolyn Locklear and husband the Rev. Larry, Jacqueline Sanderson and husband Jeffrey of Red Springs and Marie Lowery and husband Tony of Raeford; one sister, Virginia Locklear and husband Freeman of Red Springs; 28 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
