Ralph A. Christman Sr.

Ralph A. Christman Sr. of Raeford, formerly of Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, died Thursday, April 11, 2024, in Wickshire Creeks Crossing at the age of 87.

He was born June 9, 1936 in Big Creek, Pennsylvania to the late Linford Christman and Loretta (Fronheiser) Musselman.

He and his wife, Marie E. (Snyder) Christman, would have celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary on May 20, 2024.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

He was employed by the former Bethlehem Steel Corp., where he worked for 21 years.

He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Filer, two brothers, Lamont C. Musselman and Linford E. Christman Jr., and a sister, Carron K. Cseh

In addition to his wife, Marie, he is survived by seven children, Melissa, Chrystal, Bobbi Jo and John Filer, Ralph A. Christman Jr., Christina and Amy Christman; a sister, Florence Kresge; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 3 in Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd., Palmer Township. The Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough, is in charge of local arrangements. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.

Inez Craigmiles

Inez Craigmiles died April 21, 2024 at the age of 80.

She was born October 6, 1943.

She is survived by her children: Anthony Craigmiles, William A. Craigmiles III, Tara Craigmiles-Simmons, Michael Craigmiles, Kimberly Craigmiles Farrow; sister, Myrtle Andrews, eleven grandchildren along with a host of great grandchildren and other family.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 28 at Leach Springs Missionary Baptist Church.

Malcolm Culbreth Jr.

Malcolm B. Culbreth Jr. (Mac) died April 24, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his family, at the age of 77.

He was born August 8, 1946 to the late Malcolm B. Culbreth Sr. and Marie Maxwell Culbreth.

He retired from the City of Raleigh in 2008 and loved never wearing a watch again.

He was preceded in death by parents and the love of his life, Brenda V. Culbreth and his younger brother Larry Ray Culbreth.

He is survived by his son, Malcolm "Mac" Culbreth III and his wife Susan of Smithfield.  His beloved grandchildren, Caleb, Katee Grace and Elizabeth "Izzy" Culbreth.  His sister June Melvin and husband David of Greenville along with their children, Neil (Erinn) and Raeanna.

A family graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the Raeford Cemetery gravesite.
