Murdock Shaw Jr.

Murdock Shaw Jr., 57, of 310 South Stewart St., died Monday, June 23, 2014.
Survivors are: sisters, Lorine Jones, Mary Blue and Maxine McDougald; and brother, Marvin.
The funeral will be held Friday, June 27 at 2 p.m. in Rockfish Grove FWB Church. Burial will be in McLauchlin Chapel Church cemetery.
Viewing will be today, June 26 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Buie Funeral Home in Raeford.

Marcenia M. Easterling

Marcenia McMillan Easterling, 83, of Raeford, died Friday, June 20, 2014.
Survivors are: daughters, Lenita Green, Beulah Roundtree, Ailene Long, Esther Roper, Carolyn Simmons, Gladys Cherry, Francis McLean; sons, Larry and Gary McMillan, Alberta, Juanita, James and Carnell.
The funeral will be held Friday, June 27 at noon in Crumpler Funeral Home chapel in Red Springs.
Visitation will today, June 26 form noon to 6 p.m. at the funeral home with the family present from 6 to 8p.m.

Ramona C. Rambo

Ramona C. Rambo, 84, of Raeford, died Sunday, June 22, 2014.
Survivors are: sons, Jerry, Harry and Mark Craft; daughters, Pamela Santana and Lisa Bouldan; sister, Anita Frederick; 19 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
The service will be private.

Vernita M. Taylor

Vernita McArthur Taylor, 42, of Raeford, died Monday, June 16, 2014.
She was an Army veteran.
Survivors are: husband, Mark Sr.; son, Devante' Smith; stepchildren, Mark Jr., Jessica; father, Verneal McArthur; stepmother, Rosa McArthur; brothers, Verneal, Alexander and Alexis McArthur; stepsisters, Ida Nefford, Rosa Hammett, Yasmil Rodriguez.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 26 at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Peter's Deliverance Church of God in Southern Pines.
