Ann Willis Berrios of Fayetteville died Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville at the age of 92.
She was born in Cumberland County on June 17, 1926 to A.C. Willis and Alice Louise Capps Willis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ismael A. Berrios. She was a member of Galatia Presbyterian Church. She was the cosmetic manager for Sear and Roebuck, Collins Department Store and Kerr Drug before she retired.
She is survived by her son, Lee Ainsworth of Aberdeen.
Visitation will be held in the Fellowship Hall of Galatia Presbyterian Church 1-2 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019
The funeral will follow visitation at 2 p.m. in the church with the Rev. Britt Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Myrtle Locklear
Myrtle Locklear died Saturday, March 16, 2019 in the FirstHealth Hospice House at the age of 81.
She was born on May 17, 1937 in Robeson County. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Alfred Chavis and Danny Locklear; her grandchildren, James Pate Jr. and April Pate along with her brothers and sisters, Herbert Locklear, Clifton Lowery, Delmar Lowery, Mildred Bullard and Mandy Lowery.
She is survived by her children, Jennifer Locklear and her husband Donald of Red Springs, Jodi Lankford of Sanford, Debra George and her husband, Johnny of Raeford, Susie Chavis of Aberdeen, Carol Campbell of Aberdeen, Alfred Mark Chavis and his wife, Carol of Wagram, Connelly Locklear and his wife, April of Shannon; her brother, Ervin Lowery of Wichita, Kansas; her sisters, Juanita Clark of Raeford, and Yvonne Locklear of Eagle Springs; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19 from 1-2 p.m. at the Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church.
The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the church sanctuary with pastors Roger Burns and Wyvast Lowery officiating. Burial will be in the New Beginning Baptist Church Cemetery.
