Harold (Harry) Thomas Teal of Raeford passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 70.
He was born in Hoke County on October 28, 1948 to Raymond Teal and Mary Oldham Teal who preceded him in death.
He retired from M and E Contracting.
He is survived by his son Harold Dwight Teal and his wife Tonya of Parkton; one brother, Dale Teal of Raeford; three sisters, Carol Crittenden, Martha Jo Davis and her husband Charles, and Ginger Matagi and her husband Matt, all of Raeford; four grandchildren Jody Conrad, Katherine Alexis Teal, Hunter Teal and Trista Teal; and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. in the John C. Ropp Fellowship Hall, Raeford Presbyterian Church. A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. at the church sanctuary with the Rev. Dr. Steven Fitzgerald officiating.

Kayden Sweek
Kayden Dwain Todd Sweek, age 11, passed away at his home in his mother's arms on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
He was born in New Mexico on February 3, 2007. He has been known by many for the amazing strength and perseverance he showed despite his circumstances. He fought against Vanishing White Matter Disease Leukodystrophy since he was diagnosed at the age of 3. His smile was contagious and his laugh infectious.
He is survived by his mother, Brandi Lynn Sweek of Raeford; his father, Kevin Dwain Sweek of Aztec, New Mexico; a sister, Kamea Sweek of Raeford; a brother, Joshua Burningham of Aztec, New Mexico; his paternal grandparents, Kent and Kathy Sweek of Kirtland, New Mexico; and his maternal grandparent, Dawn Olson of Aztec, New Mexico.
A Celebration of Life service will start at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 19 with a procession from SunPath Products, 404 W. Edinborough Ave., Raeford to PK's Grill and Pub 155 Airport Road, Raeford.
