Survivors are: daughter, Emily; son, Hunter; mother, Jan; sister, Amanda Treece; and a grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Saturday. Aug. 23 at 11 a.m. in Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service in Fayetteville.
