Sebastian Dugas, 20 of Raeford, died Monday, December 7.
Survivors are: parents, Ralph and Joyce Dugas; a brother, Yohan Dugas; grandparents; and a host of relatives.
The funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 14 at 12 p.m. in Rivers of Living Water Church of God in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
