David Niven Webb, 59, of Hope Mills, formerly of Raeford, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 in the Southeastern Hospice House after a long battle with cancer.
He was born in Moore County to the late Martin Lee and Ann Niven Webb. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Lambert Webb. He was a loving son, husband, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle.
He leaves behind his two daughters, Maryanne Webb Beasley (Paskley) of Raeford, and Victoria Webb Peavey (Jason) of Hope Mills; his brothers, Marty Webb (Linda) of Raeford, and Lin Webb (Gail) of Fayetteville; two nieces, Wendy Johnson (Jimmy) and Valerie Webb; two nephews, Keith Webb (Erica) and Mark Webb; four great-nephews, Cameron, Conyer, Jack, and Wesley; and his two precious grandchildren, Ethan David Beasley and Logan Paskley Beasley.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Friday, August 26 at Crumpler Funeral Home in Raeford.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. at the Raeford First Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Lee and the Rev. Sherwood Beasley officiating. Inurnment will be in the Raeford Cemetery.
