He was born in Robeson County on May 27, 1958 to the late John L. Hall and Gladys Locklear Hall. He was a member of Mt Elim Baptist Church and retired from the Hoke County School System.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Don, David, John Allen, Murland, Susie, Adeline, and Faith, a special granddaughter, Shayla Baldwin, his mother-in-law, Josephine Raines, his father-in-law, Ralph Lucas, his son-in-law, Robert Studivant, his sister-in-law Shelby, and his nephew Pee Wee.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Vickie Hall of the home; two daughters, Tanya Studivant of Red Springs, and Stephanie Hall of Shannon; a son, Robert Hall Jr. and his wife Amy of Red Springs; four grandchildren, Jalen, Santasia, Makia, and Robert III; four great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Arielle, Alayah, and Leilani; a brother, Earl Hall of Red Springs; a sister, Sally Barham of Parkton; two sisters-in-law, Bonnie Locklear (Durante) of Red Springs, and Dawna Westbrook of West Virginia; and a close friend, Patrick Hammonds of Red Springs.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Mt Elim Baptist Church, 921 Wilson Road, Red Springs.The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Brewington, and Pastor Chris Webb officiating.
Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
