Gilbert Tillman died March 10, 2023 at the age of 71.
He was born April 20, 1951.
He is survived by his children, Niokie Cunningham, Gilbert Tillman Jr., Gena Steven Oxendine, Terri Tillman Beck, Nicholas Tillman, April Ellis, and Michael McNeill; sister, Marlyn McAllister; brothers. Haywood Rivers and Emmanuel McAllister; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 18 at 1 p.m. at the Word of Life Temple. The visitation was at noon prior to the service.
