Jimmy Bullard of 5428 Laurinburg Road, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in Scotland Memorial Hospital at the age of 82.
He was born in Robeson County on July 4, 1929 to the late Mr. Bob Bullard and Mrs. Lettie Locklear.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Murray Bullard; three sons, Roger Locklear and his wife, Laverne, of Fayetteville, Randy Bullard and his wife, Mary of Shannon, Charles Bullard and his wife, Barbara of Shannon; two step-sons, Dannie Jacobs and his wife, Barbara of Maxton, Corey Jacobs and his wife, Dawn of New Jersey; two daughters Martha Jane Lewis and her husband, Milton of Shannon, Mary Ann Locklear and her husband, Reverend Larry D. of Shannon; a brother, Charlie Bullard and his wife, Linda of Summerfield; two sisters, Shirley Oldham and her husband, Palmer of Red Springs, Betty Faye Wright of Greensboro; two special grandchildren Corey (Bear) and Michaela; 22 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel, 220 E. 4th Ave, Red Springs
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012 at St. Pauls Faith Assembley of God, 109 Evans Road, St. Pauls.
Burial will be in the Bullard Family Cemetery.
