Francine Monroe, 75, of Raeford , died Saturday, December 5, 2015. The funeral will be held Friday Dec. 11 at 2 p.m., Center Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Center Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery . Viewing will be held Thursday, Dec. 10 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Doby Funeral Home.
