Shaylan Lowery, 19, of 155 Windlock Drive, Raeford, NC, died Monday, December 7, 2015. The funeral will be held Friday Dec. 11 at 3 p.m. in White Oak Christian Fellowship Center in Maxton. Burial will be in White Oak Christian Fellowship Cemetery.
