Patricia (Patty) Wood of Raeford went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the age of 56.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on June 10, 1961. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Lee Daniels. She was employed with Hardin Grocery in Rockfish and was a member of Mayhill Church of Christ in Ohio. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years Rocky Wood of Raeford; two daughters, Olivia Howard and Erica Puckett both of Peebles, Ohio; five grandchildren, Abbi, Jericho, Gabrielle, Keegan, and Kaison; her mother, Olive Daniels of Peebles, Ohio; her brother, Donnie Daniels and his wife Sue of Peebles, Ohio; her sister, Vicki Evans of Blanchester, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Gaye Wood and Sandra Jones and her husband Wayne, all of Raeford; and a brother-in-law, Stevy Wood of Raeford.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Tabernacle Baptist Church. The funeral ] will follow at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Tommy Underwood officiating.
Burial will be in the Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery.
