Eleanor Gentry

Eleanor Stewart Gentry of Raleigh, formerly of Raeford, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the age of 84. A native of Roxboro, she is the daughter Charles and Elizabeth Stewart. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bobby Marshall Gentry. She is survived by two sons, Gary Gentry and wife Susan, and Mark Gentry (Tami Miller); a daughter, Marsha Robeson and husband Robert; her brother, James Stewart and wife Diana; sister-in-law Betty Stewart; grandchildren Marshall Gentry, Lucas Gentry and wife Kathryn, Kathleen Robeson, Kelly Robeson and Liam Gentry; a great-grandson, Caden Gentry; nieces Beth Johnson, Elizabeth O'Briant, Patricia Norris, Bonnie Perkins, Gayle Troutman, and Caroline Roy; and nephews Chuck Stewart, Jerry Stewart, Jamie Stewart, Court Stewart, William Garrett, Steve Garrett, Carlton Niven, Mel Wrenn, Matt Wrenn, Tim O'Briant, and Robert O'Briant. The family will receive friends Friday June 15, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Crumpler Funeral Home, Raeford. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the Raeford United Methodist Church in Raeford. Burial will follow at the Raeford Cemetery.
