Jan Carol Parks Thornberg, 65, of Pinehurst, formerly of Raeford, died Thursday, March 12, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
She was born December 7, 1954, daughter of the late Marshall Lloyd Parks and Janice Britt Parks. She was preceded in death by her brother Steve M. Parks and a sister, Marsha Gail Parks Broadaway.
She is survived by a brother, Michael Parks (Vera) of Seven Lakes; a sister, Jennifer Parks of Raeford; a brother-in-law, Jim Broadaway of Raeford; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1:30-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Shiloh Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Rufus McLean and the Rev. Lynn Bullock officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
