James Neil "Red" Inman, 85, died Monday, May 4, 2020 at Autumn Care of Raeford.
He was born in Hoke County on July 11, 1934, son of the late Otto Inman and Mary Baker Sanders. He was preceded in death by his wives, Triola Inman, and Janet Jones Inman, and two sisters and a brother.
He was an avid outdoorsman and loved his garden. He was an honorary member of the Hawkeye Hunting Club.
He is survived by three brothers, Richard Inman and his wife Carol, Franklin Inman and his wife Ava and Herman Sanders and his wife Joan, all of Raeford.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2020 at South Hoke Baptist Church Cemetery, 4205 Old Maxton Road, Red Springs.
The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
